Job Done, clearance and removals

Reuse before waste

Clearing a house creates a lot of decisions. We'd rather make the slow ones. Sorting takes longer than tipping, but it keeps usable furniture in use and keeps the disposal bill, and your quote, sensible.

What happens to your things

  1. 1

    Sorted as we load

Nothing goes in the van as one heap. Reusable, repairable and waste are separated on site so decisions aren't made at the tip.

  2. 2

    Reuse first

Furniture and household goods in usable condition go to local families, charities and community groups, or are sold on to fund the next load.

  3. 3

    Repair in the workshop

Items that need a fix get one. Timber, metal and useful materials are kept back for repairs rather than binned.

  4. 4

    Registered disposal for the rest

What's genuinely finished goes to registered waste transfer stations for further sorting and responsible processing.
