1. Who you're dealing with

Job Done Ltd, company number 14586906, registered office 392 Swindon Road, Cheltenham, England, GL51 9JZ. Licensed upper tier waste carrier, broker and dealer, CBDU563898.

2. Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on what we were shown, whether at a site visit or through photos and a written list. If the job on the day is materially different, we'll tell you before we carry on and agree any change with you first.

3. What we can't take

Paint, fridge-freezers and mattresses can cost more to process. We confirm any extra charge in your quote before we start.

4. Access and your responsibilities

Please make sure we can get to the property and park within reasonable reach of it, and that you have the right to dispose of the items in question. Remove anything you want to keep, or clearly mark it, before we arrive. We're not liable for items you asked us to clear that later turn out to have been wanted.

5. Cancellation and changes

Let us know as early as you can if a date needs to move. Where you booked as a consumer and away from our premises, you have the usual statutory cancellation rights, which we will honour.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Prices quoted to consumers include any applicable taxes.

7. Damage and liability

We take care with your property, and if we damage something through our negligence we will put it right. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Waste and disposal

Waste we remove is transferred to registered waste facilities. We can provide waste transfer documentation on request.
