Where we work

Reuse before waste
Furniture that still has life in it goes to local families, charities and our workshop for repair. Only what's genuinely finished goes to a registered waste transfer station for sorting and processing.

Common questions
A single bulky item collection in Cheltenham starts from a £60 call-out. Whole house clearances vary with the contents, the size of the property, access and the cost of processing what comes out. Van and delivery prices depend on mileage and labour.
For anything larger than a couple of items we quote after a visit, or from thorough photos and a list, so the figure you get is the figure you pay.

Everything is sorted. Reusable items can be sold or donated, repairable items and useful materials are separated in the workshop, and only the remainder goes to a registered waste transfer station for further sorting and responsible processing.
An average two-bedroom house is usually about one full day on site. Larger or fuller properties often take one to two days. It's an estimate once we've assessed the job rather than a promise made over the phone.
No. Access can be arranged through a neighbour, estate agent or solicitor. You're also welcome to stay onsite if you'd rather.
If you can pre-sort what must stay and what can go, it usually reduces both the time and the cost.
Anything obviously important is set aside and reported to you. Over the years that's included a dissertation, a birth certificate and family photographs.
