Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address when you contact us or request a quote.
- The job details you give us: address or postcode, dates, access notes and photos.
- Records of the work we carry out and the invoices relating to it.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. This is our legitimate interest in responding to you, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To carry out and invoice the work, which is performance of our contract with you.
- To meet our legal duties as a licensed waste carrier and as a company, including accounting records.
We do not add quote enquiries to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your details for advertising.
Photos
Photos you send us are used only to price and plan your job. They are deleted once the enquiry is closed, unless you have given us separate permission to use an image as a before-and-after example.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to completed work, including invoices and waste transfer documentation, are kept for as long as the law requires, normally six years.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it: our own team, our accountant, and the providers who run our email, phone and website. Where a job involves a solicitor, landlord or agent you have asked us to deal with, we'll speak to them about that job.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email jim@jobdoneuk.co.uk. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
