A house clearance produces a surprising amount of perfectly good furniture. Beds, wardrobes, tables, white goods, kitchen kit. Throwing it away costs money and helps nobody.
So we hold it back. Some goes straight to families locally who need it, some to charities and community groups, and some gets repaired in the workshop first.
